ORDER INFORMATION

We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, Canada and select International destinations.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive at least two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your SECRET MOMENTS order tracking number.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can not guarantee that we can cancel or modify your order. For cancelation or order change request please email sales@secretmoments.com as soon as possible, no phone cancellation/change requests can be accepted at this time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Your order tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at SECRET MOMENTS Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the FedEx/UPS /USPS site and enter your shipment tracking number.

NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

GIFT CARDS

If you're interested in purchasing a Gift Card, please click here (temporary unavailable). Gift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the Gift Card and PIN numbers during checkout. If you'd like to check your balance, please send your request to sales@secretmoments.com

NOTE: When using a gift card, please do not discard it after use. If you choose to return any of the merchandise purchased with it, the value of the merchandise will be credited back onto your gift card.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Your order might be split in multiple shipments and out-of-stock items might be removed from your original order and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

BILLING PROCESS

SECRET MOMENTS accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, SECRET MOMENTS GIFT CARDS. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. SECRET MOMENTS reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

SALES TAX

SECRET MOMENTS is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Orders from SecretMoments.com are shipped in discrete packaging via FedEx, UPS and USPS using the following rate scale:

    US Second Day ($23.95)
    US Next Day ($44.95)
    Canada USPS ($29.00)
    Global Express ($39.00)

NOTE: No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. PO Box, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses are automatically shipped via USPS Ground

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within one business day. We do our best to ship orders placed by 12:00pm EST the same day. Once an order has been processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SecertMoments.com can now ship to Canada and select International Destinations. You can inquire if we ship to you country by contacting us at sales@secretmoments.com.

RETURN POLICY

While we take pride in every product offered at SecretMoments.com, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. SecretMoments.com gladly accepts clean and unworn items with all tags attached for up to thirty days after purchase date. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. Unfortunately, costumes, innerwear, pierced jewelry are final sales

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

RETURNS BY MAIL

Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original confirmation and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
